It is Sunday night… tomorrow will be the beginning of another working week… why not end the weekend with one of my tests? Okay… perhaps it is not such a great idea after all! Yet you do not have to take this quiz right now… whenever you feel like it!… I promise you that this test will still be here later in the week.
It has been a while since I gave you a test on the past participle agreement… I guess it is time for a good refresher! The one I chose is about RULE #3: l’accord du participe passé des verbes pronominaux… Here is a reminder of this rule:
1. Verbes essentiellement pronominaux = Rule #1 (ÊTRE)
2. Verbes accidentellement pronominaux = Rule #2 (AVOIR)
I do not believe it is necessary for me to explain it further… I assume you all do remember both RULE #1 and RULE #2, right?… or… am I wrong? Of course, as usual, I did take the test and I got a perfect score. What about you?… Let me know! I am always curious to read your comments.
It is the last week of February…

J’ai eu 45/50. J’ai répondu “s’étaient parlés” sans que cela me gêne, par contre j’ai failli tomber dans le piège de “s’était achetée” puis en réfléchissant un peu je me suis rendu compte que cela n’allait pas !
Je suppose que ce sont les 2 réponses qui ont “piégé” tout le monde…

Oui, je crois qu’effectivement les deux réponses dont tu fais mention ont piégé toutes les participantes!
Et je retrouverai peut-être ton premier message quelque part… je dois dire que ces jours-ci, il y a affluence de “spam”… je pense qu’Askimet intercepte presque tous les commentaires qui entrent, y compris ceux qui sont légitimes!
