No, as far as I know, Corey didn’t hear anything from them yet… I do understand what you mean by “silly” interview… Corey told me it was actually a “test” and not an “interview”… I do think he’s right regarding this subtle difference… actually, how can one mark an interview?

You must have applied for a job at the same Dept Corey did… he also had his interview six weeks ago (he has then been told that he would hear from them in four weeks)…

Don’t give up, yet don’t think about it!… I have a student in Toronto who has been in a hiring process for more than one year… and, she did get the job in December… though she’s still waiting for the letter of offer!… They needed her in January!!! Now, they are talking about May…

It takes patience to eventually get a job position within the PSC!…

So you have been busy with civil servants… I, candidate, have never been called for the oral test. If you remember, I did very well on the writing and reading tests. As a result, I was called in for an interview and the hiring manager told me all I had left to do is the oral test.

That was more than six weeks ago…..ah well! I am getting annoyed after all and will give up!

Pas mal, tout bien considéré!!! As long as you learned something, it is worth to give my little tests a try… right? You can only improve… and don’t we all learn from our mistakes?
